Located in the 4° floor of the Vía Lindora Building, the new headquarters of BLP Abogados occupies an area of 1000m2. The program is made up by: lawyers offices, reunion halls, reception, support areas (documentation centers, archive, packaging, secretaries and IT room). The proposal represents the concepts of the lawyers firm defined by its high international quality and the search of the highest efficiency and reliability standards. The internal distribution is defined by the reception and is balanced by two reunion halls at both sides of the floor. The dynamic circulations generate oblique perspectives throughout the route. The project is designed inside a virtual box y allows multiple transparencies between the spaces –both in the interiors as in the exteriors–. This situation creates intensities of comfortable illumination and the play of reflection and fragmented escapes.

The closings produce a constant transparency thanks to the glasses from floor to ceiling. This are met between them and are fixated with “points” for the reasons of constructive clarity and of technical minimalist efficiency. The hallways define the visual escapes towards the perimetral and large windows, supporting the idea of not being inside closed circulation pipelines. These visual remarks are done in three corners of the cuadrant, two located in the documentation centers and the other in the recreation areas. The main reunion halls are represented with wood. The oval-shaped hall can be divided in two or conform one unique hall. The other is in the potential sector in the ceilong of the volume in degradation that manifestates itself in the façade of the building. The objective of creating “surprise elements” throughout the work provokes spatial links and diverse flows of users. The library “widens” the hallway and is subtly divided by two glasses strategically located. The neutral color of the laminated floor generates the contrasts of the furniture, defined by chromatic accents.
