The project is located on a 9 has. terrain, owned by the Instituto de Vivienda y Urbanismo (INVU). It is the first of four stages that make up the original master plan.
The center idea of the project is to create a Modelic intervention with great urban impact, based on the creation of 1000 living units for middle-class, mixed-use buildings (trade and services), and public spaces (sidewalks, parks and squares).
From the urbanism and housing perspective, it is a project of national innovation without precedents.
