The design looks for social integration, sustainability promotion, and urban structure organization of the zone. The urban architectonic program is structured in four sections defined by colors: purple, orange, yellow and green. The “memory of the place” is maintained, exposing existing structures and contextualizing surrounding neighborhoods.
The lake responds to an artificial widening of the river. This space connects the two worlds of the project: the organic and the geometric. The amphitheater is located on a central point of the complex, symbolizing social integration.
